What we collect
- Information you send us through our forms: your name, email, phone and what you tell us about your organization, your dog or your question.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, and the date you agreed to receive our newsletter.
- Website statistics: if analytics are turned on, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. We do not use advertising features.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, arrange visits, process membership and send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else handles it
Our website host and our email and newsletter service handle information on our behalf. Our website host is Arvixe. Email from our website is sent through Arvixe’s mail service to [email protected], which forwards to a Gmail inbox that WTTD controls.
How long we keep it
Form entries are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Photos
We only show identifiable people in photos with their permission, or a parent’s or guardian’s permission for children. To ask us to remove a photo, email [email protected] and we’ll take it down promptly.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete information you’ve sent us, email [email protected].
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
