Rosie is a Border Collie whose mission is simple: bring comfort wherever she goes. Her gentle nature and love of people make her an instant friend in all kinds of places. She visits schools and universities, where she helps students decompress and feel a little more at home. She spends time in nursing homes, curling up beside residents who could use a smile. And she brings steady, judgment-free companionship to foster kids, who often need it most.

At the local library, Rosie is the star of the "Read with a Pup" program, where children build reading confidence by reading aloud to a patient listener who never corrects a word and always stays for the whole story.

Rosie is a teacher too. She can demonstrate "stop, drop, and roll" for fire safety programs, helping kids learn an important skill in a way they'll remember. And she's always happy to show off a few tricks, especially when treats are involved.

When she's off duty, Rosie loves the dog park and trying to herd her German Shepherd sister, who tolerates it with great patience. At the end of the day, she's a snuggler at heart.
