Raven

Raven is a sweet, fun, and well-mannered whippet. And she’s super fast!! She’s often mistaken for a greyhound. However, she is much smaller at only 30 lbs. Her gentle disposition has a way of instantly putting people at ease. During Raven’s free time, she loves running fast, chasing pretty much anything that moves – squirrels, rabbits, birds, even leaves. She wouldn’t know what to do if she were to catch a small animal….. but it’s still fun to chase them! When she’s not burning off energy, she’s lazy and asleep. Her favorite thing to do is to cuddle up on the couch and sleep a majority of the day. Upon first glance, one would think she is very high energy! But whippets surprisingly are extremely lazy dogs. Raven and her owner Cassie enjoy visiting various places such as The West Cancer Center, TN Kids Belong, and retirement homes.
